American Jonathan Lee Riches, who claims to have made over 4,000 claims against the likes of Britney Spears, George W Bush, Martha Stewart, and, errr, pirates is suing someone else. This time it's the Guiness Book of World Records, in an attempt to stop them calling him the "person who has filed the most lawsuits in the history of mankind."

Florida lawyer, and former boxer, Louis Brunoforte is planning to sue a woman from Indiana who punched him in the face in aptly named bar, Chic-a-Boom Room.

72 year old Bronx lawyer Robert Kahn has been convicted of sexual harassment by "cupping the left side of [a law guardian's] buttocks" during a family court proceeding. Kahn had previously been suspended for six months for a series of offensive remarks including calling one female lawyer "pig vomit on my shoes".
