72 year old Bronx lawyer Robert Kahn has been convicted of sexual harassment by "cupping the left side of [a law guardian's] buttocks" during a family court proceeding. Kahn had previously been suspended for six months for a series of offensive remarks including calling one female lawyer "pig vomit on my shoes". |
