RollOnFriday has been upgrading, but it's been a bit like a Greek tragedy.
The developer-in-chief has been hospitalised (not because of the site) which means it is taking longer than planned to get everything up and running again. But it will be firing on all cylinders very shortly. And when it is, it will be incredible.
In the meantime RollOnFriday is up, with some reduced content. We are very sorry. Normal service should be resumed soon.

And I suspect Bert or Ernie could have done a better job of it, even Miss Piggy and Kermit probably.
Definitely wouldn't have trusted the Cookie Monster with it though.

I wonder if a paywall is being put in.... Maybe with different classes. So:
Economy: IG, et al
Premuim Economy: LA, MC trainees etc.
Business Class: Laz (for the seat width), Clergs etc
First Class: Me
And down in Cargo (in a crate): that mangy flea ridden old dog Curella

How about "Lazolytus" by Maffew & Puripides
The plot outline :Lazolytus refuses to worship Sumo. Furious at this slight, Sumo avenges his honour by causing Lazolytus' to fall in love with Rof. When the horrified protagonist finally rejects Rof after 10 years, he hangs his head out of shame, but not before writing a letter accusing Sumo of prolifing his best career ideas. Upon reading the note, Sumo' father, Buzz, curses his son, which in turn leads to the death of the main board.

I have managed large IT projects, before becoming a high-flying corp sol, and there is a way to do it properly, which involves no downtime etc. The trouble is that this is expensive and requires experts to be involved...
