If you're applying to everyone and their mother for a training contract and wondering how to stand out from the crowd, don't circulate a photo of yourself in your underwear asking law firms not to mistake you for a prostitute (I know you were considering it), because it's been done:

Brian Zulberti, a thirty-year-old Delaware law graduate from Villanove University Law School, posted his advert on Facebook. He also emailed his CV - with accompanying photo -  to "thousands" of law firms, which is when it was picked up by US blog Above the Law:

Zulberti's no fool. He bares just enough flesh to satisfy his urge to get naked and excite respondents, but not so much flesh that a grad rec officer will worry if he's going to turn up to work completely naked.

It is unclear what "more information about myself" Zulberti thinks he could provide to interested parties, other than point them towards his Facebook page. If they're not convinced by his guns, stripey underpants and different coloured crayons, they're clearly not in the market for the best candidates.

Zulberti knows how to open doors

If you coose to adopt the Zulberti approach, please let RollOnFriday know how you get on.

I don't think the gym is what is keeping him from his grammar lessons. There are 62 year old partners with bigger guns at my firm.

Might stand a better chance if he could learn to write properly if he wants to be an lawyer and not a escort.

Information about ME not MYSELF

FFS, what is it with the youth of today? If he spent more time on grammar and less in the gym, he'd stand a better chance.
