RollOnFriday has learnt that a fourth seat trainee at Slaughter and May has been sacked from the firm.

Slaughters declined to comment but sources say that the firm conducted an audit of the trainee's emails.

Whatever it is the trainee is alleged to have done, it must have been pretty serious to warrant a kicking out in his final seat.
