Anyone read anything by her? I remember reading her short story that won the Sunday Times "story of the year" award 6 or 7 years ago and liking it, but have not moved on to her other stuff. Was tempted to get her memoir ("Dear Friend, From My Life I Write to You in Your Life") but ultimately didn't. Her upcoming novel sounds interesting though: https://www.nytimes.com/2019/01/22/books/review-where-reasons-end-yiyun-li.html

That's all very interesting but I'm not seeing a great deal of derring do by a hero who doesn't play by the rules against the French/the Vikings/the Germans and so for that reason I'm ooot.

I think thinking you can insult me by referring to sausage consumption at best marks you as a retard, and at worst (wurst) has far more sinister and extremist implications on your character. you demean yourself porpo, do not so do.
