I am ad idem with Sumo.  I may have used the phrase "bellend" rather than 'moron' but differences such as these ought to be ignored 

In America, those who pay attention to these things think that the British parliamentary sessions are hilarious.

Politics and media feed on each other, same in the US as here in the UK.

Big multinational businesses try to avoid it all and get on with doing useful stuff. Being innovative, paying good salaries, making profits, all that.

I have had the advantage of reading the posts of my noble and learned friends Lords Sumo and Wang. For the reasons given in their opinions I also deem the OP misguided in the extreme, but I would add that I consider them a twunt in addition to a moron and a bellend.
