I was watching the Curb Your Enthusiasm episode with Ricky Gervais in it the other day and I had forgotten how he basically had a pop at Seinfeld in it for being "a bit broad" and having a laughter track. I forgot how it's gone in 20 years from being ludicrously over revered as the GOAT of sitcoms to having critiques of it included in the creator's own (IMO far far superior) subsequent show .
