Most days.  Mine is curly so if I don't I can't actually do anything with it.

Why the f*ck would anybody stand in a shower and not wash their hair? It's actually easier to do it than not.

when I wash it then it goes all fluffy and I end up putting loads of product on

without washing I find it easier to manage and it has never been greasy or smelly.  I just don't think you need to wash hair in the way you wash skin.

Every other day, unless I’ve been doing something that means it needs to be washed.

Not every single shower as I do think your hair needs natural oils and what not, but probably 3-5 times a week and I let the shampoo sit while I lather soap etc

Errr... every day? How do you not wash your hair when you're in the shower? Do you all wear shower caps? 

You really don't need to put shampoo in your hair every day... women certainly don't if tv has taught me anything! Hair benefits from having some natural oil and shampoo removes that.

I have extremely greasy hair and sweat like a fat kid in a cake shop so often have to wash my hair twice a day.

When it's quite short - rarely as it doesn't need it and isn't particularly good for it.

When longer it needs washing every couple of days.

If you mean with shampoo, pretty much haven't done for several years. I do shower daily and use conditioner

I use that lumi green super tingly shower gel that is a bit like a mild deep heat rub
