I think she looks like someone in her late 40s who has aged gracefully, rather than someone in her early 40s who has been running herself ragged trying to get in in politics. I like the way she dresses (some of her outfits are genuinely very stylish) and she generally looks like she's having fun.

She says the right things to the right people in the Tory party and comes across as sane enough most of the time to make you think she could actually take the party in a good direction in the future. Then she slips up and says something batshit and you realise she's actually mad as a box of frogs, just OK at hiding it most of the time.
