Focus and Positivity

I do appreciate the irony of asking for tips to improve focus on ROF but...

 

Any leftfield advice/resources to help maximise focus and maintain general positivity. After a very heavy night on Saturday I feel I have depleted all my resources and struggling to get back up to speed.

  • Apps

  • Philosophies

Well it’s an hour of work a week.  I’m not charging him for my abilities and special powers, only the items needed to make it happen.

We aren’t all money grabbing mercenaries out to make as much money as we can in as short a time as possible you know.

I consider it an act of charity to help another soul along their astral journey and no amount of money could compensate for that.

Agree with the above. Exercise is a great starting point as it’s likely to mean much better sleep and I personally found myself much more motivated to eat healthily when I was getting quite a few miles in (running).

I am getting on with a few of these having reflected last night: 

 

Exercise: Id had a couple of weeks off but now the personal trainer is back 2-3 days a week which is exercise but it also gets me out of bed at 6am which for me is almost more valuable. 

 

Veggies:...yes I think I might go semivegetarian, or fleximologic or whatever its called these days. I also have a feeling that fasting will sort me out?

 

Alcohol is going to be reduced and so is sugar

 

I CAN NEVER QUIT CAFFEINE ITS LITERALLY NOT POSSIBLE LET US NOT SPEAK OF THIS AGAIN

 

Headspace is a good shout, downloading it again now (also using Calm for the first time)- 10 mins meditation a day might become a target

 

Inspirational videos/books wise, to give some more flavour whilst I always start with business focussed stuff I always get more out of listening to horrible experience stories, as weird as that sounds. E.g. War related stories, people who have escaped from dictatorships, people who push themselves silly hard for endurance events or in the military etc (David Goggins). I do like start up stories but ideally they are sort of struggle based e.g Brian Chesky and the AirBnB co founders story
