Reading bojo's initial comments over the weekend, I think it all looks pretty good tbh.* infra injection in the not-London so Bentines can start working down the pit again, NHS increases set in (not Ed) stone etc.

I thought Hs2 was going london to brum, then on to Manchestery sort of way, then 3 would go across the pennines to Leeds. Presumably 4 would link back down to london from leeds or York. 5 should be a cross line between Bristol and cambridge via oxford.
