Yeah I can’t think of much that could go wrong flying to some east European backwater to have someone who specialises in parting westerners from their cash (and who almost certainly will be impossible to trace in a years time when you jaw falls off) to perform complicated dental surgery.

at least with dental work, if it all goes horribly wrong and you need emergency work when you get home, the NHS doesn't get lumbered with the bill

What the hell are you having done for that price? My mum has had several crumbled teeth repaired this year for a lot less than that.
