i did this when i set up on my own. But I told my old boss and he was fine with it and more importantly i knew the terms had been tested in the Courts on several occasions. Which stood me in good stead once when a client didnt pay.
but generally speaking, I suspect no, not a good idea and yer havin a laff.
Of course Ts&Cs are copyrighted. Not necessarily by whom you're stealing from, but someone owns the copyright.

Though my favourite was K&E proudly telling me that they'd had a barrister come in to review a bunch of their documents and he'd confirmed they were all legally enforceable. As if that was some kind of achievement as opposed to the minimum fvcking bar before you call yourself a law firm.
