The team

The Marketing, Communications and Events team and responsible for building and promote the brand of the firm. This includes campaigns, events management, internal communications and work as a communications agency to the firm.

The opportunity
  • Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns and associated PR to build the firm’s profile and internal brand engagement i.e. website, SEO, PPC, social media, email and video.
  • Monitor internal engagement and posts and recommend actions to increase social media usage, including training and competitor social benchmarking.
  • Develop and own the firm’s Social Media Best Practice guidelines.
  • Oversee the firm’s Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter and YouTube accounts, managing the firmwide social media calendar and ensuring that all feeds are populated regularly with a view to organically grow follower numbers.
  • Manage the relationship with the firm’s SEO and PPC agency, regularly reviewing their effectiveness and performance against budgets and KPIs.
  • Support off-page and on-page SEO by conducting keyword and competitor / market research and optimising website content, using tools including Ahrefs and liaising with the SEO agency.  
  • Create content for PPC landing pages, making sure they are optimized for conversions, working in conjunction with the PPC agency.
  • Oversee the briefing, filming, editing and publishing process of the firm’s video content, managing the relationship with the videographer and coordinating internal involvement.
  • Analyse and measure the success of digital marketing activities, producing regular reports on a weekly, quarterly, annual basis and using tools such as Google Analytics to make recommendations.
  • Work closely with website development team to improve customer journeys, experiences and usability.
  • Work with the firm’s PR agency to maximise online and offline media opportunities across the firm’s digital channels.
  • Support the wider Marketing team as and when required and deputise for the Head of Marketing.
  • Work closely with the Head of Marketing to translate business objectives into a practical marketing plan, with a particular focus on digital tactics.
Who we are looking for

Knowledge/Qualifications

  • Educated to degree level or equivalent - preferably Marketing or English degree.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.

Experience

  • Work experience in the professional services sector desirable.
  • Previous experience of updatinga website CMS and using HTML email marketing software desirable.
  • Previous experience of InterAction desirable.
  • InDesign/Photoshop skills desirable.
