If you didn't have to? Am thinking about moving - probably not far - main reasons would be:
- so that I can have fewer neighbours
- not to live in a modern block of flats (so wouldn't have to continue to spunk £2k p.a. on a service charge for stuff I don't use)
- get a small garden
- get a marginally bigger place (probably still 1 bed).
Would you move now if you didn't have to?

Pretty happy where we are at the moment. We get on with our neighbours. We live in a nice area a short walk from a decent pub. Close to the countryside and the beach. S'all good.

Yes but I'd get a long fix on the mortgage.
