heh! love wearing “defunct firm merch” - tshirts for gym, running, bed - because it annoys the saddos. something I wasn’t aware of until managing partner had apoplectic fit when he saw me out for a run in a pre rebrand tshirt. good grief. I now make a point of keeping them for as long as possible.
Isn't this standard middle class wear for gardening and other activities where you might get dirty? I have t-shirts and the like from firms I've worked out which are used to doing grotty jobs around the house.
I hear that the asking price on eBay for legacy Nabarro items is going through the roof
Unlike Bitcoin (which is a speculative ‘asset’ that is taking longer to deflate than experienced market participants such as myself expected), household brands that are synonymous with quality and class (whether now defunct or otherwise) never go out of fashion
I've still got some SNR Denton clobber. That was a brief window in which to merch up. Not like my Arthur Andersen pen, which I had decades to snaffle. Although that seems to have gone missing in one of the last two moves. A sad occurrence.

Wearing "firm merchandise" is deeply weird.
At least if it's defunct there's an element of historical interest to it.

Odd thing for an MP to get excited about.
Perhaps my “meh” feelings about most things is the reason for my lack of advancement.

Doesn't everyone have an emergency brolly in the car from a firm that hasn't existed for at least a decade?

I'd never wear any sort of corporate garb. How demeaning.
I'm not really a company man.

Ha @ sfb - I have two of those in my boot.
One of the firms is more than 20 years gone now.

I still wear my "Hillary Clinton Tim Kaine 2016" T-shirt to yoga. Is this kind of the same thing?

was the Enron mug repossessed by the creditors?
I worked at HMV when I was 20.. still have my work t-shirt and it would fit a small sized girl... can't believe how skinny I was back then
