I have lost a stone in the last 2 - 2.5 weeks despite moving less and eating the same amount. I have been under a lot of stress. I am not looking to lose weight and would prefer to not lose anymore.
Has this happened to any of you? How did you slow it down or stop it happening?

I'd probably see a doctor. That's very rapid weight loss, worth getting your bloods checked just in case. Probably nothing and all that but even if they stopped eating entirely, most people wouldn't lose that much that fast so worth seeing the old quack just to rule out any nasty surprises.

To the OP - dont panic about this, unexplained wright loss is something which remains unexplained quite a lot apparently.
your GP will probably spring into action, targets etc, but again, keep a cool head. Could be lots of things.
