"Do you support Brexit because you want middle class people to become so poor that they're forced to drink in your shitty pubs? Is that your game plan?"
Heh @ Anna. I just saw his tour schedule. Three pubs a day, how he plans to show up at st ives at noon, do a q&a and then start again at Truro (a 30ish minute journey at least) at 2pm I have no idea.
Nah he’s doing the talk, then a q&a then he is wandering around talking to people randomly if they appear the vaguest bit interested so far more than a half hour. Anyway sails, he’s the guy who owns Wetherspoons.
He didnt much like my disbelief of his view that Westminster would ever subsidise the farmers anywhere near as much as Europe does.

Why do you want to help fook up the UK economy?, you ask. FaIrly simple question.
I think the head of JCB is a brexiteer as well. Fine by me he says. I can then sell cheaper diggers to the world than my German competitors.
Not that they'll be made in Britain of course, he won't say.

Well, one thing for sure, he is equally as utterly menkle in real life about brexit as he seems on the telly. Sigh.

Who is he?
As for his logistics a half hour talk at midday followed by 30 minute q&a still leaves him an hour for the 30 minute journey to the next venue.
