From what I can see most app developers only ever seem to test their much vaunted updated apps with a handful of users and are then surprised when they roll it out to millions of users and find it doesn't work.  Last week an app I was using received a much publicised update and now it can take five minutes to get it to open and even when it opens half of it doesn't work.
