Reheating prawns

Hello everyone,  please could I have some advice?

I cooked something the other day involving cooking raw prawns. It was very nice and I have some leftovers.  The prawn packet said "do not reheat when cooked". Surely it will be ok to just warm it up? Or will it give me the bad aids?

Thank you

I am afraid I would opt for bad aids but I can just look at a gone off sausage and have a dose of the two bobs.  This is why I will never go to India.

Orwell they were raw according to OP. No reheating had happened yet. Should be fine. Give them a sniff.

Only real danger is if they sat out at room temp for ages after original cooking or haven't been stored well since.

I often reheat left over prawn stir fry and have not suffered any unfortunate side effects. But, as with anything in life, if it smells iffy avoid (especially Wang’s rancid sausage).

i saved some prawn curry and reheated it about 10 days later, it was in the fridge, it was fibe.

the original curry was made with frozen prawns but the raw ones you buy have also been frozen then thawed. So I think you are good to go. Just reheat thoroghly by which time the prawns might be over cooked but heh at least no dysentry.
