They’re closed full stop OB. There’s little open in terms of lunches which has been a proper pain whilst I’ve been at court for the last month or so. Things starting to open now. I was excited when pret in paternoster square opened on Monday. Tragic.
Broadgate circle is all open and was absolutely heaving on Tuesday. The Railway on Liverpool Street also has some tables set aside for walk ins and is doing takeaway pints (but it's Greene King so you have to use their stupid app and the service is less than timely).
Got a booking at Happenstance in Paternoster Square next week so hoping it'll be buzzy around there.
It’s been a ghostown these last 8 weeks. Starting to open now thankfully. It’s very cheering to see people outside pubs when I leave court in the evening though!
I love Leather Lane - used to be some great falafel places and a slightly odd “Mediterranean” place that did a good curry buffet (yellow and green shopfront). Loved the - now uber hipster coffee - bookshop (upstairs only of course). See also Whitecross St. - brothers in arms.

5pm - 11pm. Pints as well. Figured better than wine for duration drinking.

It’s so strange isn’t it and so sad. There was about 6 of us in the office yesterday. Capacity of about 600-700.
