I’m going to choose SRAM Force AXS over Shimano Di2. Why? Because (a) SRAM will give me clearance of up to 40C, whereas Shimano gives up to 38C; (b) SRAM gives me completely wireless digital shifters, which can be mounted on the top of the bars, or the underside of thereof; (c) SRAM is in fact a few hundred quid cheaper, although this is not really the point here.
Shimano, by all accounts, has better braking feel, better hoods and shifts faster. However, all things considered, I want my bike to be an “all road” bike, and for that reason the ability to fit wider tires shalt prevail.

Grx FD can handle 40mm tires bro. And in both cases the the shifting is in the shifters (no one has shifters on the bars). Complete wireless is good but battery life much shorter.
The real reason for sram off road is there are many more configurations. You really need red though to avoid looking like a noob
