Don't they take on about 100 each, every season.Yet I read somewhere the Big 4 have only about 5% or so of their graduate intake who are Oxbridge, and they taken on thousands each year in the UK alone. Why do you reckon there is so much disparity?
Because the big 4 take on shed loads of people and are much bigger entities. At EY they had a couple of hundred new joiners every Monday when I was there.

What percentage of law graduates end up working for the MC? I assume it's a pretty small number so quite plausible that a third when to Oxbridge.
