being a corporate lawyer has as much meaning as most other jobs. and running a business adds another dimension.

we can't all be drs and nurses or which other meaningful jobs you had in mind

it seems to me the linkedin stuff is basic and necessary self promotion. everyone knows that. it's fine

I try to post things other than ‘Proud to confirm my partner Brian O’Dildo has been identified as third most likely to be instructed in the Which of Two PE Jackasses Would You Rather awards 2024’ and as a result I get mixed reviews.

Ambitious people like the feeling of working for something and it coming off (e.g. a promotion)

They are proud to announce it 

And yes it does mean more cash but that's a side show in the immediate term

Hands up for "let's not work hard at workmonth"

We are proud to be supporting this initiative allowing us to come in at 10, post on linkedin for a couple of hours, have a 2 hour yoga lunch to celebrate not working hard, and go home at 5 in exchange for our £200k salary because we are worth it and we are empowered to say that this is our version of the truth and being like this our our own whole self #meyesme
