Apart from an obligatory cold pork sarnie and thoughts for a more substantial meal?

Usually i would defer to stir fry.

 

Fried rice. Cook some jasmine rice and let it cool down. Heat sesame oil and quickly cook some mixed eggs into it. Set aside. Add more sesame oil, add pork to pan to heat through. Add rice and break up. Add peas, spring onions, whatever. Add a bit of soy. Add back the eggs once the rice is hot and steaming through. Check seasoning. Stuff in face. 

Interesting shout dusty, i make an excellent fried rice.

As a person who grew up in the 80s i like my pork grey and chewy.  Rare pork is an abomination unto the lord

Pulled pork sliders. Boil the pork in some stock for a couple of hours them remov it and  then reduce the stock add some smoked paprika, MSG, tomato ketchup, malt vinegar, black pepper.pepper.Then shred the pork to pieces and add it back to the sauce and seve it in burger buns with sides of grilled corn on the cib, coleslaw, pickled jalapeños, tabasco sauce, sol beer with lime wedges and maybe some avocado.

I was reading about the history of Banh Mi. Apparently the Vietnamese are still more pissed off by the French having ruled them than the mess the Vietnam war left. 

Why you would do anything beyond cold park sarnies I do not know. With some whole grain mustard and stuffing and a bit of salad they are truly the food of the gods. 

Reheating  roast meat is rarely a good idea except in soups imho. It just never m tastes good. Only exception is rare roast beef which can be re-heated/cooked to medium well on a griddle for use in hot sarnies.

The best cjicken pie has roasted chicken leftovers in it, the best curries have roast lamb leftovers

And i have had a pork sarnie as is perfectly ckear from the OP

My point you bin scavenging tramp is that nothing else you can do with roast pork will be as good as more pork sarnies. I will grant you a chicken pie tbf, but it’s still nicer when made with chicken roasted that day for pie making purposes than day old roast chicken. 

heh, but the Sunday roast is actually still very much my responsibility. We had rack of lamb today (welsh obviously). It cost a king's ransom to buy but was ace. There are no leftovers

Yes sandwiches or pitta best option. However ia quick healthier one.  make a miso soup (packet) Cook stir fry type vegetables in soup with garlic, ginger coriander, red chillies and noodles. Add pork.
