not sure I have any Rizz but I definitely have Irish charm which I take full advantage of.
I do remember years ago hearing that Bill Clinton was so full of charisma that he made people think they were special when he spoke with them. His technique? Say as little as possible and get them to talk about themselves, pretend to listen and pick up on some points and ask them about that. If you can get the other person to talk about themselves, they come away from the conversation thinking you're fantastic.. I've tested it and it works.

I've just googled rizz, so presumably I can't qualify for more than "not much".
In person, sober or drunk, i surprise myself though. Charisma is not a hard thing to fake.
