I need to download an app to access a site I use through a VPN in the States.
I've put on the VPN but Google Play is saying "this is not available in your area". I suspect there is something in my history that is telling it that I'm in the UK. The only history I can find on Google Play is the search history, which I've cleared...
How do I clear my history on Google Play so it isn't finding me out. What I want to watch won't be available in the UK for about 8 months and I'm impatient.
Any help would be appreciated.
I'm using a Samsung Tab A.

None of this has worked. I don't have the function to change my location on google play.... I'll have to get this outside of the app on the site I want.

Switch off gps and location services, then restart the VPN and try again?
