Best peanut butter

I don't like all these "healthy" peanut / nut butters

Skippy extra crunchy for me every time.

Is palm oil bad? What's the deal? I'm out of touch. I just know that Mrs Shooty moans about Cadburys not tasting as good as it did because palm oil. Tastes the same to me.

Sometimes I'm glad of my limited male senses: I don't see 14 million colours, and don't have apparently fractal tastebuds. The living room blinds and wallpapers match perfectly to me, but to her they're apparently 3 pantone shades out.

Best ever - peanuts roasted and as blindtom says mashed up before your eyes in a big independent health food shop on Hudson St in New York.

Settle for - Meridien, crunchy. Keen to know if there is something better out there.

Health food shop near us has machines for making peanut and almond butters in front of you (possibly more, but I only saw those two as I went past on my way to Sainsburys to load up on Marmite peanut butter instead).

You can get Kelloggs Crunchy Nut peanut butter now if you want a sweet hit.

I bought Snickers peanut butter recently for a try.  Good if you want something sweet, bit too sweet and unhealthy for me.  Which is the one favoured by Americans?  Reece's?  If so I think that was lovely.  Usually buy Meridan or the like.  I like it crunchy.
