We seem to be seeing a bit more of this than previously.
So far we have seen: Djokovic throwing his racket, that Belarusian runner threatened and harassed by her own team, and just last night that French boxer who lost to Clarke refused to leave the ring.
I may have forgotten but I don't recall seeing this at London or Rio.

Some Moroccan boxer tried to bite his opponent's ear the other day. The opponent just shrugged it off saying. 'Come on man this is the Olympics' as if it would be perfectly normal in any other fight.

One of the German coaches punched a horse yesterday after the horse didn’t obey the rider’s commands.
And another German coach was sent home for racialism after calling some cyclists “camel riders”.
