The Dispute Resolution Department:

You will be joining a medium-sized team of lawyers focused on high-value, cross border disputes of, primarily, a corporate/commercial nature. The firm has been involved in various high value and complex international disputes the majority of which relates to banking, bankruptcy / insolvency, corporate / shareholders' disputes, civil fraud and asset recovery, interim reliefs. A.G Erotocritou LLC's dispute resolution department is highly acclaimed, having been consistently ranked by the leading international legal directories such as Chambers and Partners, Legal 500 and WhosWhoLegal.

Key Requirements:

We are looking for an outstanding lawyer with excellent demonstrable working knowledge within commercial litigation or within contentious regulatory matters. In all cases, candidates should be intellectually rigorous, have first-class legal abilities and an outstanding academic track record. The Lawyer should be able to work with colleagues to help clients succeed in realising their business objectives, through the efficient delivery of appropriate legal advice and representation; must demonstrate an ability to provide accurate, focused advice to clients.

We are looking for lawyers with case handling ability and the ideal candidate should have strong technical skills and be comfortable researching and applying complex areas of law.

Qualifications / Experience:

  • Professional qualifications: Law Degree and BVC or LPC
  • Previous work experience: Work in the above mentioned areas with proven experience in Litigation
  • Language Skills: Literacy in both English and Greek
  • Computer literate, excellent knowledge of MS Office and Internet
