Cost Lawyers/Solicitors/Costs Draftsman - Casualty - Manchester
Due to expansion, we are looking for x3 casualty costs lawyers and we are open to discussions with costs lawyers, solicitors, costs draftsman at all levels of PQE.
It's an exciting time to work at Clyde and Co and following our merger with BLM last summer, the legal cost team has grown significantly. The department totals over 50 lawyers and acts across the full range of legal cost disputes, from major arbitrations and commercial claims for costs, to multi-party actions and everything in between to include costs management, detailed assessment, recoveries and fixed cost arguments. The team are ranked in both Chambers and Partners and Legal 500 and are market leading.
Advocacy experience would be beneficial but not essential and there will be opportunities for those without such experience to become involved in that area. We are also looking for experienced paralegals to assist the Partner & Legal Directors on high value and complex claims and handle a personal caseload.
