You’ll thrive in this role, if you have strong experience of corporate/financial crime and/or regulatory enforcement, especially experience of advising corporates in relation to large scale investigations and prosecutions.
Expect your varied workload to include serious fraud and money laundering; bribery and corruption; sanctions and export controls; corporate manslaughter, health and safety, and fire safety; environmental crime; and the recovery of the proceeds of crime (restraint, confiscation, seizure, forfeiture, unexplained wealth and civil recovery).
