Corporate Antitrust Mid-Level Lawyer

Job Description

Group Overview

Our global network of over 200 antitrust lawyers covers all the key hubs of Europe, Asia-Pacific and the US, enabling us to support our clients on their most complex and important antitrust matters across the world.  Our antitrust teams work together to solve multinational antitrust issues, considering the interplay between different practices and rules, and always mindful of the practical implications antitrust issues may have on our clients' business.

Who you will work with

The work covered by our Antitrust Group includes advice on a broad range of antitrust and sector specific regulatory matters, often with a cross-border dimension. Our Antitrust and Regulatory lawyers work on behalf of our clients on market/sector investigations, enforcement matters and mergers requiring clearance from competition and other regulatory authorities.

We advise on market leading mandates across the full range of contentious and non-contentious domestic and cross border antitrust matters. Our global team obtains clearances for our clients in the world's most challenging merger control proceedings, acts on the most significant dominance cases, and represents clients on complex multi-jurisdictional cartels. We also help our clients to avoid antitrust issues by developing and implementing sophisticated compliance programs, and we are at the forefront of state aid cases in Europe as well as the control of subsidies in the UK.

We continue to be recognised by leading industry bodies for our market leading work. We are ranked as a band one practice in both Chambers and Legal 500. Recent Awards include:

Band 1 for Chambers UK 2024: Competition Law

Band 1 for Legal 500 UK 2024: EU and Competition

Matter of the Year - Global Competition Review Awards 2023
