Aberfeldy looks nice but bet you can only sit on the big balcony a few days a year.

Acharn, Aberfeldy, Perth and Kinross, PH15 is just breathtaking

Not so, sailo.  The close proximity of a heat sink sees to that.

Nice swim a leg stretch away.

And sitting out in all weathers will toughen you up so that the heating is hardly on.

generally speaking, the more modern the house, the more likely it is to be east-west than north-south oriented. Or maybe that’s just where a developer has torn down an old house in a large plot to replace with 2 or 3 homes.
