Do you have the same aversion towards crayfish in sandwich?

I dislike prawn nigiri when it comes to sushi--it's flavourless, its chewy/slightly rubbery texture doesn't go well with the rice, and there's that awkward bit with the inedible tail.

According to Roy Keane they do a nice one at Old Trafford to flog to the tourists. 

Yes shellfish just isn't a sandwich filling.

Don't start me on dim sum and the idea of having prawns in flaccid steamed pastry.

I love prawn sarnies and also prawn dim sum.

BUT I absolutely ADORE crab sandwiches.

Crab just has an odd flavour and texture.  I don't dislike it but wouldn't choose to eat it if I had a choice.
