Head of British Gas

recieves £4.5m this year for delivering "shareholder value"

Why did we privatise again?  Ah yes, this is why.

I notice he says he is grossly overpaid but that he doesn't set his salary, it is set by the remuneration committee.

I'm sure if he voluntarily offered to only receive half of it they wouldn't kick up a fuss. He didn't seem to want to go that far.

saw him on the BBC this morning and my jaw hit the desk with his bod face admittance of how much he earns and probably doesn't deserve it.

Then he told a story of his mum being on a fixed income and she was suffering too... but the shareholders, that's what's important.

How dare you!  Just look at the experience of the RemCo Chair and their entire independence from the culture of public service to privatised business payments for failure.

And if she’s not independent enough, Amber Rudd is on the RemCo to balance it out.

It’s fvcking laughable
