A lot of the world had already bailed out for the long weekend plus it’s the last weekend of the month before pay day when we’ve already had two long weekends this month.  Anyone who hasn’t gone away can’t afford to go out.

So absence of mobile infrastructure to serve people when people aren't there. Fascinating.
