specific regulatory matters , often with a cross-border dimension. Our Antitrust and Regulatory
lawyers work on behalf of our clients on market/sector investigations, enforcement matters and
mergers requiring clearance from competition and other regulatory authorities.
We advise on market leading mandates across the full range of contentious and non-contentious
domestic and cross border antitrust matters.
As an Antitrust Lawyer, you will be working across a wide range of sectors to include consumer goods and retail, technology, financial services, energy and infrastructure, transport,
telecommunications and media.
You will also advise on:
Merger control: carrying out multi-jurisdictional merger control analysis and preparing merger filings
to the relevant authorities, including at the UK and European level
Market investigations / sector enquiries
Cartel and abuse of dominance investigations
Cooperation, distribution and licensing arrangements:
Antitrust litigation: appeals from decisions by competition authorities and significant follow on and
stand-alone damages actions

We therefore are looking for a lawyer who is:
recognised as producing innovative and commercial solutions for their clients
pro-active in identifying issues and able to work with clients in solving them

able to understand how to deliver a transaction to clients that meets their objective in a time critical
able to demonstrate excellent managerial skills for client relationships and the ability to deepen and
enhance existing relationships
able to understand what is required to supervise and manage a project team.
You must be able to demonstrate proven experience across all areas of competition law, sector
specific regulation and public policy gained at a City Firm, or at an overseas common law practice
with a similar highly regarded profile.
You must have excellent document drafting skills and should demonstrate strong communication
and analytical skills along with a high level of commercial awareness.
