Our Corporate Crime Team advises corporates, and their boards and directors, on business-critical issues concerning corporate crime, financial crime and regulatory enforcement.  They specialise in crisis management, corporate and director liability, undertaking corporate internal investigations, engaging with regulators, defending complex investigations and prosecutions, and challenging the actions of the authorities by way of judicial review.

The work covers serious fraud and money laundering; bribery and corruption; sanctions and export controls; insider dealing and market abuse; corporate manslaughter, inquests, health and safety, and fire safety; food safety and hygiene; consumer protection and trading standards; and the recovery of the proceeds of crime (restraint and confiscation; seizure and forfeiture; unexplained wealth and civil recovery).

We are looking for a lawyer with strong experience in corporate/financial crime and/or regulatory enforcement including some (but not necessarily all) of the areas listed above.  In particular, we are interested in speaking to those with experience of advising corporates in relation to large scale internal investigations and/or criminal investigations/prosecutions.

You can expect to be involved in a range of high profile, complex cases from the outset of your career with us. As your experience grows, you will assume prime responsibility for key aspects of cases.
