Simpson Grierson, one of New Zealand's largest and leading law firms is looking for experienced senior or intermediate commercial solicitors to join its busy Commercial/Technology team.
We are interested in hearing from solicitors with experience anywhere from 4 years upward, including those at Senior Associate level.
Our Commercial/Technology team handles a mixture of work including technology (eg procurement and implementation, AI, fintech), utilities, M & A, business structuring, privacy and regulatory work. You might have specialist experience in technology, or might be a more general corporate/commercial solicitor with some exposure to, and an interest in technology – either way, we’d like to hear from you.
The role offers fantastic quality work, and the opportunity to build solid client relationships with a variety of corporate clients. You'll be able to build your profile and expertise in Technology, with the support of a team of specialists. You'll have excellent communication, written and analytical skills, and will be self-managing and efficient with a strong work ethic. You’ll also be keen to take on a role with some management and development of juniors in the team.
