You know all the people who earnestly told you to PLEASE VOTE?

They really got on my tits but they were all labour so now I feel ok about it.

There are two HUGE signs on the way into our village saying "I'm voting Antoinnette Sandbach - Liberal Democrats - AND YOU SHOULD TOO"

Well that worked didn't it, you twots

"It doesn't matter who you vote for, just vote.  And think about your children's future"

.....

OHMYGOD THE PUBLIC ARE SUCH THICK RACIST twotS AND SHOULDN'T BE ALLOWED TO VOTE UNTIL THEY PASS A TEST SHOWING THEY ARE AS CLEVER AND ALTRUISTIC AS ME.

I can't see how anyone can summon up the necessary energy to hate the libdems, versus just pity them.

I won't vote for or support these Tories, but I reserve my true hatred for the Momentum headbangers who seized the Labour Party and turned it into a fooking joke.  Imagine living a comfortable North London life on several times the average wage and shafting generations of the people your party was founded to help in one go.

And then not even having the decency to say sorry straight away.

THAT is a proper aunt bordering on being worthy of hatred.

I never encourage people to vote. Only about 40% of the population in England are inclined to the centre left, so it’s odds on that encouraging any given random to vote would be counter-productive

the thing about this that is particularly annoying is that it is a pure form of value signalling

Nobody who actually cares about party politics wants people who hold opposing views to turn out and vote. In a system like Britain’s, every political activist’s deafest wish is that their voters turn up, and everyone else’s decide it would be a good day to catch up with some Netflix.
