Would you ever tell a significant other

who you were on ROF?

and direct them to the site?

He knows about RoF as he’s met long-standing mates of mine I met through here 20 years ago. He knows who I post as but I can’t imagine he’d be even remotely interested in looking at the board. Even if he did he’d see nothing that didn’t reflect the person I am irl. So, all quite dull and non controversial here.

What Bailey said. I’m pretty much the same person online as in real life. Only difference is that I have to moderate myself on social media because of family and work colleagues whereas something like this I can just talk like in the pub.

I wouldn't feel comfortable effectively hiding part of my life and having to lie about "work drinks" to a serious partner.  So I'd probably tell them, but I would hope if I ever have another serious relationship it will be with someone sane enough to think it's a bit weird but harmless and leave me to it.

As it happens last strutter is a tax lawyer, but there’s very little chance she visits this place as she is terribly busy - not least with travelling between London and Edinburgh, where she also has a flat.

Probably would tell. If they are my significant other they are already accepting that I can be a bit weird so this would be just something new on top of that pile.

He's known about it for years. He thinks it's a bit weird. But then he had three Roffers at his wedding, so he's not totally against the people haha. He has read a bit of it but just came to the conclusion that everyone was horrible to each other and couldn't see the appeal.

mr m knows about this place and thinks Im a sad sack with too much time on my hands ( which is correct) but when he goes on his doctors site (which is nearly as much) he calls it roffing too haha
