Was going to say - That old man who shot his great grandson with an air rifle and killed him (tragedy obvs.) is charged with being without having a licence for the weapon.  How so?  Air rifles don't need a licence do they?

Thanks.  It must have been pretty powerful to have killed the lad.

Mine probably wouldn't have even left a bruise (not that I'm going to test it...)
