I imagine that unlike the first lockdown, they will keep schools open? But otherwise, as before, shut all nonessential retail, pubs and restaurants, gyms and hairdressers/beauty parlours. Probably still let restaurants do delivery--although many restaurants who hung on through the first lockdown with delivery thinking that they just needed to weather one bout would probably now give up.
