Pretty much all of you paper pushers on here fall into that category.  

Well, given that Cookie expressly said "Not lawyer" and most of us are lawyers, then... er, no.

Risky thinks he's special because unlike us he doesn't just push paper.  He lifts it out of the stationary cupboard, remove the packaging from a new ream and only then pushes it into the photocopier drawer.
