F*cking public sector moron. Moving anything forward is like pulling teeth. Then to try and cover her tracks, seeks to blame me for any delay or hurdle ("Oh, sorry I didn't call at the time I scheduled to call you. By the time I was free, I'm sure you would have gone home!").
If you think this might be aimed at you, I wouldn't be so sure. There's no doubt lots of you incompetent jobsworths up there that this could equally apply to. Or maybe not, if they've got an even basic grasp of email chains and archived records.

I feel your pain ans I'm dealing with a private practice solicitor who rather than looking at her file simply fires an e-mail to me so that I can respond with details of the previous two occasions that I've already answered that question. I forwarded and e-mail from a third party and told her to see below and she replied asking what she was meant to be looking at as there was a whole chain of e-mails and I could no longer resist having a dig and replied "generally when I say see below I mean the e-mail directly below mine".
