Being able to sit out on a boat somewhere with a cool drink watching the sun go down.

Are we confident there isn't a beast still to come?

Definitely no beasts, IMHO.

It was this time last year that we had the snow.

I remember particularly on 28th Feb, having to navigate lots of snow and slush in high heels in Covent Garden.

Oh I'm sure it's going to snow next week just to remind us it's still not quite March.

Yup, the Beast was end of Feb - to first week of March

I'm declaring the UK a Beast free zone until at least November :)

Sandals

Walking round the garden barefooted

No socks/ tights

More sunlight.

Trees with leaves, flowers out (lots of daffs and crocuses seen on my way to work this morning)

Being able to go sailing!!!!

Being able to spend weekends at the beach or on a boat.

BBQs

Having the french doors open in the evening.

Downsides? The cats bring in more creatures and murder them in the living room.

I think there will be big snow in march (remember there was one mid march last year too)

I do envy English people at this time of year

Don’t forget about the second mini beast. There was snow on the ground in mid March last year. 

I reckon this is a false start to spring, but I’m taking the warm weather while it’s here. 

I am so going to buy some hot cross buns tomorrow! 

I think I'm on packet 4 of hot x buns in 2 weeks - oops.
