Version I've seen this morning is that the extension will come with a binding promise to vote with the majority of member states on all EU matters to deal with Macron's concerns.
The only way there's going to be a new PM before Brexit is settled is if there's a GE, and if there is then the next PM won't be Labour.
The Parliamentary Conservative Party are never going to no-conf May with Brexit still up in the air as it might let the No Deal headbangers in. As posted elsewhere, only about 20-odd of the PCP are in the Hard Brexit three ring circus. They can't force May out.
