If it's positive and you have no symptoms I would probably follow up with another 2 or 3 tests, at private expense if necessary,.  

I had a family member 'test positive'.  3 key workers had to self-isolate.  They did another test every day over the next 3 days and each test was negative. 

From what I understand the increased frequency of false positives is one of the drawbacks of the rapid test.

with the rapid flow test it is false negatives which are the issue. Not false positives.
