Organising work ski trip

Anyone here done this before? Any tips / websites to try - ideally want to fly in somewhere can fly into on thursday eve after work and home Sunday night - slopes shouldn't be much more than 1-1.5hrs from the airport decent 4* hotel and nightlife...

Do it midweek at the start of the season, before the schools break up.  The slopes will be empty.  Arrange for some training talk that no-one actually attends.  Bill the firm for it out of the L&D budget.

I have always found Andorra is great in terms of flying in, hiring a car and driving to the slopes. Plus its more than big enough for that length of trip. Nightlife wise I cant say I really went out much the last few times I have been there but I know there is a lot in Pas de La Casa - although I spent the time in El Tarter

France Morzine/Avoriaz easy access from Geneva airport and great skiing.

Italy Aosta valley is pretty easy access from Turin and Cervinia is a good ski area linked with Zermatt in Switzerland.

Austria Insbruck has a load of options with easy transfer. Bit more ballache, but could actually stay in the city and travel up to the mountain every day.
